Pricing out suspension
So I'm starting to price out some suspension pieces for future purchase and seem to have come to the conclusion that coilovers are the way to go. For just a little bit more money I can get some megan, tien, or buddy club coilovers instead of good springs and koni yellows. Plus it's just a straight replacement and can keep the stock setup for later to sell.
Am I right on this conclusion? I do plan tracking the car later, so the coilovers will just be that much better.
NAWS...I need NAWS.... two of these

If you plan on tracking, spend a little bit more for some track coilovers like Bilstein PSS9's.
Megans and Buddy Clubs are rumored to be made in the place in Taiwan. Tein is nice because they're located in USA so you can have them serviced here instead of having to send out of country but they're a bit overpriced IMO, too much money spent on marketing.
If tracking isn't a priority, Bilstein PSS is a cheaper alternative and I've seen people get them around the same price as Buddy Clubs and Megans. If you feel really baller, KWv3's.

I don't disagree with quality but 1900-2000 is on the high end of the spectrum. Bilstein PSS, the non adjustable ones can be had for ~900 dollars, PSS9's for ~1400. Other decent quality options under 1500. I think 2k+ for a set of coilovers is a bit high unless you're gonna flog the car around a track a lot.

+1 on the tiens for a street car that will see light track duty. with an EDFC setup they are very convenient for changing stiffness settings. but as said they are on the high end for what they are.

I paid less than 1800 new for my kw3s
the pss9's are the best bet. on the lowest setting they don't really go that low (Finger gap all around) which looks to the best imo.
the buddyclubs/megan/apexi are more coils gear to street and hardparkers i had buddyclubs and loved them for what they were but, i also had no intention of tracking my car.
