can't really go wrong with sugar land homes... especially on sweetwater and commonwealth...

You guys are great. Got my pen out and takin notes on all the suggestions. And chickwithastick had me rolling!!! So you guys got certain spots to haul ass around down there? Cuz me likes to stay sideways!!!

Yes stay off of city of Houston streets. I hope you don't have aftermarket wheels. You will fk them up if you drive fast. Someone needs to post that list on Houston where is says the beltway is our version of the Houston 500. LMAO

Its because all the NFRs are in the shop getting new turbos,

honestly tho... you can't go wrong with any of the houses in sugar land... the city itself is a nice community all around...
