Default Okay, they got me, now what?

Well, after having the S for about 6 weeks, the fuzz got me on I-10 near downtown. 79 in a 60 + a ing $75 for no front plate. Question is...if I take defensive driving, will it also wipe out the front plate violation as well or am I just totally screwed on that one? No way I am putting that tag on though...NWA sez " the po-lice!"

Defensive driving will take out the speeding...but the plate thing...it will be up to the judge if he/she wants to drop it or not.

Helps to bring a picture of the plate on your car...the judge may ask you to pay a court fee (cost me $50) for it to drop the ticket. Or you may get a nice judge that will dissmiss the plate without a court fee.

I recieved a no front license plate ticket a few month ago on another car. I went to court before the date on the ticket and the judge dismissed it with no court costs. She just asked me if I had put it back on, I didn't, but I told her I did.
Besides the no plate ticket isn't a moving violation. Good Luck anyways...

Hmmm...lawyer...I would be willing to do that, since I am facing a possible $300 fine. Any suggestions on who to use? Would I also have to appear in court with the lawyer, or would they handle that for me?
