Thanks, guys for the help. I initially was going to buy a hardtop because my softtop was slashed. Appearently, s2k break-ins for our seats, shift knobs and steering wheels are back on the rise here in Houston. I called the Honda dealer for a quote and they told me I was the 4th guy this month that has had his top slashed. Given the price and diffuclty of finding a hardtop, I've decided to just buy a daily driver vehicle. With that said, just be extra cautious where you park you S2k if you have a softtop.

Thanks. Houston is starting to sound like Miami with all the S2k break-ins. I bought my hardtop about 4 years ago through a group buy on the board. I think it was a Honda Dealership out west that needed 10 buyers for a discounted price. Most people aren't willing to ship just b/c it's so big and you risk the chance of it breaking. The box that Honda uses to ship was so big it didn't fit in the back of my dad's Toyota Tacoma.
