To tell you the truth a hardtop isn't much of a safety feature. When you put it on you will find out how ez it is to take off. What would suck worse than getting your seats stolen? Waking up and finding your $2k+ hardtop is gone too.As goofy as it sounds, consider putting some welding "tacks" in were it bolts up.You'll see what im talking about when you get one. They will be removable by you ez BUT for thieves not expecting it,they wont be able to take them off in time.To top it off they gotta make A LOT of noise to grind tack welds off.

Honestly I wouldnt consider this car one that you leave outside a garage anymore.
Shame as it is I left mine outside for 6 years with no issues. When I got it back running I drove it straight home from the shop went inside and laid down and jackers tried to get in it . I mean not even 15mins I been in the house. After that I wont leave it outside again. Lucky they left for some reason cause I came outside locked and loaded
