this is basically in a nutshell like insurance. you pay a small fee every month for Legal services.

Services including:

1. Wills (living or adjustments, etc)
2. Auto Accidents (they represent you and no hassle for you to deal with insurance and 3rd party)
3. Tickets (they go to traffic court for you and advise you of your options)
4. Settlements (ie, if some one tried to sue you or if you need to sue some one for neglegence)
5. Legal Letters (ie, they will write letters on your behalf for any type of issue you have, for example you having issues with your aparment complex, they will write letters for you and try to settle it out of court, most of the time this works)
6. Contract reviews (they will review contracts for you before you sign it)
7. 24/7 advice on legal issues
etc...

For Houston the Law Office is Monks, Monks and Monks -- they are pretty cool about it. They are settling a traffic ticket for me on May 17th.
