"Race" means the use of one or more vehicles in an attempt to outain or outdistance another vehicle....

Two cars side by side, got on a long stretch of the freeway, and driving exactly 55MPH caused traffic to back up for miles behind them, this BTW, was to make a point, it should not be against the law to drive with the flow of traffic.
Anyway, they both were cited (got thrown out) for impeding the flow of traffic.
So, yes you can get a ticket for driving the speed limit.

I agree in principle, but this is still a stupid law. Like they couldn't word it differently to account for traffic flow rather than just give a rigid limit.
