Hey eveyone,
Ryland Homes, a Fortune 500 Company and leader in the homebuilding industry, has an opportunity in its Houston Division for a Human Resources Coordinator. The HR position reports directly to the Division President. This opportunity is available due to the fact that the existing manager is moving into a new role within the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Identify staffing needs & recruit for new hires
-Employee Benefits
-Payroll
-Manager the hiring paperwork process
-Provide leadership & training to managers on employee relations, candidate selection,
counseling, & staff motivation
-New Hire Training Program
-Act as a sounding board for managers and employees
-Maintain Safety Standards within the company
-Assist the Division President on Special Projects
-Managing the Receptionist & Front Desk Operations
-Employee Relations
-Preparing annual payroll budget and projecting merit increases
-Manage some Homeowner Relations/Customer Service issues for the President & VP of Sales
& Marketing
To qualify, you must have bachelor's degree and 3-4 years
