It was FUN!!! Bros, y'all need to try it! I was drifting all over the place. I thought the place was going to be packed but it was not... I would've ran many times but after the first run, your arms are tired.
There was quite a few hairpin turns that makes that thing exciting. I have my license now and I think I will be going again this Friday!!! WHOHOOOO!
BTW, they have packages for groups of people that are "competitive" like us.
And maddog, you're right, it is sooooo ADDICTING!!!! mAKES ME WANNA DO THIS ->

I'm in if we get a group going for this. One warning tho, it can get expensive
They have group packages that have a 3 minute warm-up/pole-position run and then an 8 minute race. I think that package costs $30 (+ $7 one time license fee).
Set it up Turbeau..! Build and they will come.

Too much bumping for my taste.
Basically, the guy that gets away with most bumping against
other cars wins. The best strategy is to early apex the turn and bump the car in front of you out of your way... That's NOT how
the real racing is done.
If you're not hitting other people on the track, than it's fun. Very different from driving a car...
My first impression is that it was too expensive, but now that I think about it, it's really not. For $30 (or $25 if you get a group discount), you get to drive 11 minutes. Compare that to Auto-X where you pay $20 for a total of 4-6 minutes in your OWN car, plus you have to WORK for 2 hours, and it's really not that bad at all.

Funny thing is, if you run with serious folks.... you will rarely going to get bumped because they are all shooting for time too and like u said, the smoother you are the faster the time is.
I ran with a guy and i was trying to block the path for him, never did once he rubbed on my cart. PErty cool!
