Default How do CF Splitters hold up in H-Town?

I was thinking about getting a set of these, but I'd like to know how they hold up here in H-Town. I'm dropped about an inch with an oem front spoiler. Are these brittle? Please share your experiences here.

Thanks

I am thinking it is a bad idea. My car is stock height, no lip and I have scratches on my OEM bummper. I have installed a Costal Metal bummper protector so the damage has stopped, but it has scratches on it now.

I think the CF would shatter in no time. IMHO

They are holding up nicely. You just have to be careful where you drive. I'll have some pics hopefully by Friday if someone could post them for me.

I believe rabbihomeslice has something like this as well...

I would figure you just have to be extra careful with them...just like most of the fiberglass lips on our dropped cars.
