The event is at the HPD track, so I would assume the surface is better than Gulf Grey Park. Actually any place should be better than GGP lol.

Those were the ones I wanted...but not what I ended up with. No big deal, got my use out of my current tires and my driving is not that great to require badass tires anyaways....for those riding with me....MUWHHAHAHAHAHAaa j/k....but no really MUWHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i mean damn man, the way i looked at it. i could kill several sets of tires a year, spend half a day shaggin cones(not fun in bad weather, ie >30* or <100*)

or

spend the money on HPDE and Drivers edge events a couple times a year, get more track time, usually have lunch catered, and not have to work one damn bit.

not that tough of a choice for me, but ive never been to the police course up here and it is an HPDE track so.........

I agree with you, I just thought the GGP acronym was hiliarious. As soon as my car is finished being tweaked I will be attending DE events as well.

dont get me wrong, GGP is a $hit load of fun, but not my cup of tea. im waiting on my insrance,gap,and warranty money from my S2k then the new Z is getting a makeover
