Default Haunted Houses

So me and some friends want to go to a haunted house either in the Houston or Austin area.

I'm just not sure what is good lol.

I always hear about the mansion of terror and the house of torment in Austin, but like I said I'm not sure which is the better one.

Thoughts or experiences from anyone??

best one i've seen, but never entered, was the one in japan... they took a 5-6 story abandoned hospital, and converted it to a haunted house...
they drop you off on the roof, and you have to find your way down on your own... thru doors, hallways, airducts, etc...

Yeah, the haunted houses are kind of a waste of money. Nothing really to write home about.

its really badass... they cleaned the entire building, then mimicked how it looked before...
before you pay, they give you a sheet of paper you sign... i asked my japanese friend and he said it was a waver... saying that you acknowledge this and that, and they can't get sued, etc...
few people were hospitalized and traumatized...

dunno if it still exists...

Now that's cool, I was watching something I think in missouri that was 25,000 square feet. All the effects were from people that used to be in the horror industry prior to cgi. Pretty bad ass and only 16 bucks to go in.
