She likes Italian and Mexican. Looking to spend around $100. This is only our 2nd week here so I don't know if I should look to spend more. Sorry for hi jacking this thread.

Nino's sounds good. If it helps, I live in Missouri City and didn't want to drive too far. Again, thanks for your help.

Nino's is good and Italian restaurant man. I took my gf there for valentine's a few years ago. Nice atmosphere and good food.

Maggiano's is good but it's family style and is pretty noisy (plus pretty expensive) Regatoni D, I believe is one of their specialties and it is quite tasty. Cheese cake there is delicious as well!

Nino's I've been to once before but it was a long, long time ago so can't really comment.

La Griglia is really reasonably priced but the atmosphere is pretty awesome. Food is great, but definitely not your traditional Italian - more of a fusion Italian, but really good none the less.

Michelangelos is really good too. The restaurant is inside an old house, and there's a huge tree growing through the middle of it. Great music on the weekends (think jazz, not anything crazy loud or anything). Really intimate atmosphere, but relaxed at the same time. Here, like La Griglia, it isn't traditional italian - but great never the less!

Hope this helps! (Ps, all of these should fall in your budget)

Michelangelos is pretty good as well. My friend's dad owns that restaurant.
