bun bo hue: Pho Nguyen (I hate bun bo hue, but this place makes it so good, I had to reconsider)
cua rang muoi: you need to do a better job with your sucky spelling Again, home-made is best. All depends on what kind of sauce you like. Bodard has an interesting twist to the theme. Kim Son is so-so. Most restaurants use non-fresh dead crabs anyway, so kinda doesn't matter. Buy fresh and cook it yourself. Super-easy to make.
com suon heo: suong? anyway, another easy dish you should be able to cook yourself. The dish at Don's is ok.
Dunno, these aren't typical dishes I would go out to a restaurant just to eat (except for the Bun Bo Hue). There's tons of supermarkets in SW Houston and they're all relatively easy dishes to make (except for the Bun Bo Hue).

banh xeo: dunno, my wife makes a mean banh xeo. I ate it once at Banh Cuon Thien Thanh, it was semi-decent.

les used to be good until some gangs gunned down a bunch of people there about 15 years ago. It's ok, but pricey. There used to be a good sandwich shop near kim son downtown. Good sandwiches for $1.50. Dunno if it's still there. Last ate there in 2002.
