Getting my car dynoed today at Carboy.
They are charging me $65 or $85 with air/fuel hooked up. Can someone please tell me what this means and what should I do.
Thanks

You don't have to do anything. The Air/Fuel hookup is just a sensor that they have which measures the air/fuel mixture during each dyno run. This will show you what the ratio is throughout the RPM range. They can then tell you if your car is running rich or lean.
What time are you doing this dyno?

I don't see any reason to do the wideband O2 on your car. You hav no V-AFC, no boost...just do the normal dyno. If you plan on doing a V-AFC later they'll do another baseline with the wideband O2 on, so there is no real need to get a baseline now.
