Sunday or staturday..? I hoping for maybe two weeks from now. Let's say 13th or the 20th..? Any suggestions on a more central spot...?

Either one sounds good to me. The 13th might be too short of notice for some people.

down and you already know the 20th seems like a good kick off before the Austin meet.

even though bear creek was a drive for me, the scenery and general layout i love plus a lot of the members on this board are more NW than any other section of houston
