Default Clutch slipping EXTREMELY bad!

I've done quite a bit of research since my pockets arent that deep and correct me if im wrong but the smartest thing to do would be to just replace the entire kit with a new aftermarket clutch kit? since getting it diagnosed to try to find which plate is messed up and replaced that isnt smart. correct?

Considering an exeddy stage 1 with flywheel unless i can find a honda oem one

Clutch kits come with the pp, disk, pilot bearing, throw out bearing and an alignment tool.

Resurface the stock flywheel for 40-50 so the disk has a fresh surface to mate to and you will be all set.

Exedy is a great clutch I've ran many in my other cars, ACT is also a good choice.

Yup you could just throw in a new disk if you're broke as hell it will work but the stock pressure plate can't be resurfaced and without a fresh surface for the disk to mate to it may start to slip. Just like you have to resurface a rotor for fresh pads, you need a clean surface for the clutch.

Best bed is new kit and stock wheel turned down.

I have just put in fresh disks in the turbo civic I own after hitting the pp and flywheel with some 80 grit sandpaper. No issues at all but always better to play it safe man.

try vividracing.com they have nice clutch setups. dont look at the prices on the website either. if you call them and ask for Josh, say you are from s2ki and you will get a really good discounted price
