I was moments away from getting an S2000 a couple years ago from John Eagle Honda, but was ridiculously lowballed on my trade in (over 4K under Blue Book) and I guessed it was in order to make up for selling to me at MSRP. They already had the car prepped for me, too. Not surprisingly, I walked away in disgust.

Months later, I ended up buying our Honda Pilot from Clear Lake Honda. Salesman there said they are a John Eagle Honda dealer. Clear Lake is a lot closer than John Eagle, being I live on the Southeast side.

ANYWAY, has anyone experienced anything negatively from Clear Lake when it comes to purchasing or servicing an S2000?

I've had positive experiences at both dealerships, but I also prefer Honda Clear Lake because it's closer to me as well.

Their service department has provided me with excellent quality warranty repairs. Hory Hebert (tell him I sent you) is the Service Advisor I deal with and he is very nice. The "Home of the free loaner car" also helps out, so I can drop my car off on the way to work.
