Brake Fluid FLUSH

Well my brake fluid is beginning to get filthy and I would like to FLUSH it. I have the helms manual, it shows steps to "bleed" the system, not a full flush. Now I know that flushing it and bleeding it would be somewhat similar in steps but I want to get rid of ALL the old fluid, would the same steps accomplish that or would a vacumm/pressure bleeder be better? I was looking at these two types of pressure bleeders that might aid me in this flush:

I'm leaning on getting the Phoenix Systems V-12 rather then the pressure pump one, because I could back flush the system to ensure that there is no air still in the lines.

Thanks Bruce. Anyone else have any other feedbacks? My plan is to flush the fluid out the "traditional" way then using the back flush method to ensure all the air trapped in the lines are extracted.
