Dotel struck out 4 in the 8th inning. The second batter struck out and the ball got away from the catcher and rolled to the backstop while the batter beat the throw to first from Asmus, the catcher. Dotel then struck out the next two batters.

yeah, the numbers from last night's game shows that.....
