Going to be transfering my warranty soon (gotta figure out how to do that too) and am looking to find a good dealership to consider my "home base".

 

I would not consider John Eagle Honda, just my 2 cents.

I took my car in for them to look at (clutch buzz) and they gave me the run-around. I felt they weren't t exactly upfront with me so I will never go back there Gillman has got my vote.

The service guys at Russel and Smith are always pretty helpful and friendly, they also offer a shuttle service to the med center area (if you work there). Haven't had any major work done yet.

The Russel and Smith body shop on the other hand......nothing good to say there.

 

I use John Eagle Honda for my service in the past and I have always had good service. Now they have changed service managers and I have not been back since that happened. But it really all comes to to relationship. You need to build one with however is going to service your car. My service guy at JEH is great and we still talk to this day.

Now I do have all of my current service done by Curt at C&C (see Thread at the top of this forum for details), But I have 30k outside of warrenty and Curt cares about your car like it was his own. So he gets my vote (and money)
