Default Any reputable rim repair shop?

Hey guys, any nice rim repair shops down in houston? Im not getting very good responses from the North Texas forums so I thought I would post here. Im willing to drive if the shop does great work on wheels, and also does anybody know a good powdercoating shop? Thanks!

i don't know of any powdercoating shops but SABS does very good work on rims and any sort of metal (they just suck at painting)

they've fixed a set of my old rims (Regamasters), a dinged exhaust and a set of my friend's SSR's

Could you give me a ballpark figure of the cost they quoted you? Mine are just minor curbs, nothing deep nor serious.

I don't know about SABS. They said all 4 of my rims were off and needed repair. Then I took them to another shop and they said it was fine.

what was wrong with your rims Matt?

b/c i know at SABS they check if the wheel is distorted also, not just curbed or bent. when i bent one of my wheels it looked perfect but when they spun it on the "wheel balance machine thingy" it was spinning oval shapped

there was nothing wrong with the rims
i guess when he spun the machine, it looked bent (but i think it was his mounting) cuz i took them to another shop and they were perfectly straight
