Anybody know a place or someone in Houston that can weld titanium? My poor Amuse exhaust cracked by the resonator , I don't know how that happened, just found out last night .

Well, I got my Amuse ti exhaust fixed today, after all the phone calls I've made, I was lucky enough that someone reffered a pro to help me, one of the very few in Houston that knows how to deal w/ titanium I believe.

This guy did an awsome job welding the cracks on both ends of the resonator, (I still don't know how it happened ) it look almost exactly like the original Amuse welds, but beefier. He's also a very cool guy, not to mention another car enthusiast w/ a modded Z06.

His shop was just opened not too long ago, its off of W. Sam Houston Pkwy by 290. If anybody needs to have something welded or maybe some metal fabrications, he's the guy u wanna go if u want decent quality work done.

What was the cost? Did you have to pull the exaust and carry it in?

D, its about as loud as it used to be, but smoother .

The cost , lets just say he really hooked me up, then he had to hook me up again because fools like me always carry little cash. Yes, I took the exhaust off & brought it to his shop.
