the glass is not DOT approved and this is not a proper VIN number. this VIN number goes to a USDM 240sx.

Yep, they just swap vin plates with 240's and registered them. Forgot what the real number was to get the skyline crash rated and how many they'd actually have to scrap prior. Totally not worth even when they could import at the time.
