I would say the best time to see 1 is at night time.I saw my 1st and only one on Westheimer and Post Oak starbucks.I didnt know what it was at 1st since they were still pretty new.I literally stopped walking when I saw the LED lights.This thing was soooo clean.I hardly ever break my neck but this was an exception.I got myself home hoping it would be in a somewhat reasonable price range so I could get one.Boy was i disappointed when I saw 100k+
