we know.... its only a matter of time before smoking in public is going to be completely illegal in my opinion; guess for the better

its not gonna be illegal... its just going to be too costly to afford... seems like every year, the cost goes up a buck...

I was surprised Texas still has smoking sections in restaurants. It's insane. They stopped that over 10 yrs ago in Florida. You can't even smoke in strip bars or clubs in Miami.

You can smoke outside of houston city limits in restaurants still. Denny's on hwy 6 right before bellaire is a prime example.
