For those of you who elected not to venture on to Fredericksburg I understand but you missed out on a little town all decked out for Christmas. Too bad everyone couldn't be there.
If you have an opportunity to return before the holidays are over you are in for a treat. Sunday isn't the best evening for a visit however since many of the local businesses close at 4 pm. Plenty of Christmas lights and even more in Johnson City of all places. That place looked like the Griswald's from "Christmas Vacation"!
Oh and one more thing. Be careful, the deer are thick out there. We counted dozens while it was still light and several near the shoulder after dark.
