snow in November...

I am very thankful for all that slushy rain we got last night; as my neighbors house caught on fire last night. The bricks and most of the roof remains, but other than that there house is destroyed. I can only imagine what it would have been like if it had been dry like it has been !
It is a scary, very scary feeling coming home (yes I was out driving around in the rain and ice -- dumb ass me I know) but anyway, what I was saying: it is very scary coming home and seeing your street blocked / filled with fire trucks. I was freaking out.
I do not know my neighbors personally... they only speak Spanish, but please pray for them. Things like this make me really appreciate just being safe.
