selling the S2K
Well, I hate to do it but the time has come. I am having to spend a lot of time at work now and I put 1,000 miles a month on the poor thing just going back and forth. Not exactly the way I want to spend time in the S2K and it's a waste for me to pay this much money for something that is just being used to take me back and forth to work now.
So, if you know anyone who would be interested in taking over my remaining balloon note payements of $584.51 per month with no money down, then please send them my way.

Say it ain't so! Actually, 1000 miles per month isn't bad. I am probably averaging 800 going to work and back. Other than replacing the tires every 6 months, what are you going to find that is really cheaper, more reliable, and comes packaged with a fantastic group of friends and pals. It's not your father's Oldsmobile, or anything else for that matter. Hope you keep it, but if you don't, hope to see you at a get together.

Well, if I had been able to sell my Accord then that would help but I just don't really need to be spending this much on a car right now since I want to get a house closer to my office.
I will still hang out with you guys even if I don't keep end up keeping it somehow.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Man, don't do that!! But if you must, the cars brought us all together as friends, but the lack of one doesn't have to split us apart as friends. So, make sure and hang out with us, cause we're such a cool, happenin' group of groovy cats, man!! Can you dig it!!

Bummer, dude...sorry to hear the S2K has to go. Nonetheless, I agree that you have your priorities in order. A house is a much better way to spend your money than any depreciating asset. You can always get another one later after you digest the new house payments and other related costs.
