Hi Guys,

I'm planning to attend this weekend's Spokes auto-X event in San Antonio. It's going to be my first time so I wanted to make sure I have everything taken care of before I head down there.

The things I've done so far was to register my name at the following website,

I also have a safety helmet rated at M2005 (I think that's the rating).

Is there anything else I need or should do before I show up on Sunday? Do I pay the entry fee when I get down there?

I think you need to also send your POI (proof of insurance) to the guys that run the show before the auto-x event, if you haven't already of course.

I wish I could go but I work all day. Bring $25 and food/water for lunch. Check the Auto-X thread in this forum for more great advice.

The proof of insurance requirement is only for SASCA events at the AT&T Center. Sorry I didn't read/respond to your message before the event...

SASCA is having their next event at the AT&T Center on December 7th... If you want to register for that, you can do so on the dlbracing.com website and you can send your POI to sasca@swbell.net

I wish I had known you were there! I was in the red AP1 with the supercharger in SM2. Were you in the one in TAS or were you #808? (we were calling that one BOB whenever we had to call anything in )
