If you want to come to Austin, I recommend either SoulSpeed or JC Autospec.

Flushing brake fluid is a great time to install Speed Bleeders - makes the job so much easier in the future.

JC Autospec is $20 or $25

Not sure about SoulSpeed - in general, they're not cheap, but fairly priced and provide great service.

i checked soulspeed and they charge $20. i dont understand why the shops here in SA charge $50 or plus. i rather spend the $30 in gas driving to Austin and the $20 for the tech inspection plus hangout with friends.

Totally agreed. We can make an inspection + cruise out of it. I need to check to see if I need to replace my brake pads or not. I'll take a look at them this weekend. How about we shoot for Oct. 24-25 for the tech meet.

Just a heads up - Soulspeed works by appt. only, and is only open M-F.

M-F might be an issue...

Cool, thanks for the heads up. If JCAutospec can't pull through I'll just make a trip up there during the week. I have way too many PTO days at work to use before the year is over.
