Question for those who used Austin Telco for financing
I couldn't turn down a chance to finance my new S2000 for 4.95% so I went in there this week and applied for a loan. They called me today and said everything looked good, but when I told her I was getting the car in Louisiana I was told that they usually don't do out of state loans. She said I need to send her the purchase order or something from the dealer and she will take it to the loan board.
Have any of you who went through this bank and purchased cars out of state had this problem? I don't think it will be a big deal to work through, but it just struck me as odd that she made such a big deal out of it. Thanks.

not a problem at all. they will finance the TT&L in there, and they need to work with the dealer directly to get the PO. once that's done, everything is kosher. they just need to MAKE SURE that they are buying you a car.
