There's nothing wimpy about doing a metric century through those hills...they're pretty knarly!
How could I miss a cyclist w/ those gaudy day-glo colors?
(I used to do a lot of road biking myself as training for mountain bike racing)

I just wanted to provide a quick update; here's the list of registered participants:

and their/our passengers. Please be sure to register if/when you decide you want to come along. What do you get for registering:
- meeting time/place - it will be distributed via email only to participants
- contact info for everyone on the drive...useful if someone gets lost, etc.
- maps, route info, etc. - won't be perfect, but I'm working on something
Also, Leakey is totally booked for the following weekend, so please don't delay in making lodging reservations if you still need to do so.

Add two more! I'm new to the S2K community and was planning on a weekend in the hill country plus looking for a group run to attend so this is perfect. Looking forward to our fist S2K gtg!

Chris, I was wondering if you have more details about the drive. I'm going to make it Saturday and can meet you guys before you take off. Unfortunately, I won't be able to stay over Sat. nite. But I don't want to miss one of your drives.
