I'd love to go on a nice drive, but I'm not that keen on an overnight stay out of town.
And FWI, the price on those cabins at leakey springs cabins is listed at $98 bucks per night with a 2 night reservation minimum

Where is your sense of adventure? I spoke w/ them on the phone, and got 1 night w/ a cheaper rate...

So nobody out there wants to split a two bedroom cabin? I'm going to call today and get one if nobody responds, but it seems like a big waste to have all that space for one person. Come on, I'm not that bad.

Mark, me and Elena might be interested. Not sure if we'll have money by then, but if so, then we might come!

You might want to check into how much space those cabins have...mine is a 2 bedroom, and I believe it has a common area w/ a sleeper sofa.

Looks like I'll have 5 or 6 in my cabin...

I called and got a cabin today. As of now I'm the only one staying in it so there is plenty of room left for some other people if you need a place to stay. I could sleep on the couch and the other two bedrooms would be available for couples or whoever wants to come.

If any of you are on the edge, you should definitely make the trip. Chris know some amazing roads out in the hill country and I guarantee you'll have a good time.

I would love to go to this event but must go to the OU-Texas game.

I will be riding my bike (not motorcycle) very close to Leaky in October. I have seen pics and it seems like it may be a tough ride. Still looking forward to it.

Jose, you're not going on that bike ride there the following weekend, are you?
