Hey Jeff, thanks for the tutorial last night. Hope everybody made it home OK, since I had to go early.

Anyway, I've been thinking about T1-2 at TWS. I'm probably giving up close to a 1/2 second through there. Since I dump speed like wuss after the transition, then essentially maintain throttle to turn-in for T2, I'm giving up a ton of exit speed leaving T2 and not using the whole track at T2.

I was watching the BMW CCA and Porch Club (they hate it when you call them "Porches") racers go through T1 and T2 early this year. The fastest guys had absolutely blazing exit speed leaving T2 and would catch packs of cars. It takes big grapefruits though. It may be a while before I can nail the sequence, and even then, I'd probably not be willing to take it flat out every time on the track.

Thank Bill - he is the *guru* of tires and suspension setup...

In fact, we need to put together a briefing on MSR before the event there next month. I'll bring some maps and video, again, Bill could cover the tricky details of the place and setup/prep.
