Default Good Dim Sum place?

I'll be making a trip to San Antonio this weekend. Does anybody know of a good Dim Sum place in San Antonio or Austin? There are NONE in DFW area. I want the best place, dont care how much. I just cant find any good Dim Sum in Texas ever since I came down from NY(except for this one place in Houston was pretty good). Please help me, I'm a fat kid that's been craving good Dim Sum for a really long time. LOL.

in San Antonio and Austin, there is a restaurant name Golden Wok
as in San Antonio, it well-known to have dim sum there.
as in Austin, i dunno, since I know there should be more down there

don't expect anything close to dim sum in NY
my logic is, place with more azn, place with better dim sum
i still miss the dim sum from HK ever since I moved here.

There is also Chef Chan Tea House. One of my Chinese friends loves this place.

I am not a huge Dim Sum fan, so I can only go off what they say.

I would NOT recommend Golden Wok. Not authentic at all, and poor quality to boot. You're better off buying frozen dumplings from the grocery.

Definitely nothing compares to NY around here. Houston comes close.
In Austin though, I'd give Shanghai Dim Sum a try -- it's not too bad.

The only other place I might try is Marco Polo.

Again, none of these are comparable to NY, but they're not bad.

Did you talk about the Austin's or SA's GW?? but anyway, SA's is a bit better.

I would definitly try the Shanghai Dim Sum place you mention, hehe
