The exhausts haven't changed on any of the S2000s... Only difference I saw with the AP2 exhaust was that the 'side tube' (I forget what it was called) that tones down the exhaust drone was made more flat on the AP2 cars.

Yea that tube is flat on 06+ AP2's... The 04-05 still has the big round one pictured above...

Are you looking for a stock exhaust? I have an extra one. I do have to warn you that I left it in my back yard so am not sure if anything has crawled in there or not. Come pick it up and it's yours.
