Austin Dinner July 1
Let's get the summer car season kick started with a dinner on Wednesday, July 1, at 6:30 PM at Waterloo Ice House, 8600 Burnet Road. Parking will be in the catering lot adjacent to the restaurant. This will be the kick off for several events and gatherings being planned for July. Get the mold washed off your car from the May showers and join us for a warm summer evening celebration of the car that brought us all together. Jeff will surely bring an original center piece and I will have a contest to correctly identifying the shirt I will wear. Please respond if you can make it or voice your regrets.

I'm looking forward to dinner with the full group again.. the strange weather over the past few months has held us back several times. From having to postpone our last big drive a couple times, to reduced attendance at our "BBQ B'Fast" breakfast drive the week after the disastrous rains. We've been repeatedly held back.
I'm going to choose a centerpiece for the table from my collection of S2000 items... and as a point of interest I'll also bring a 2015 Honda S660 dealer brochure from Japan, as well as a book published all about it. Not that any of us would get one of those... but it shows what Honda has positioned as their entry level sportscar, under the upcoming all-new S2000 and with the upcoming all-new NSX at the top.

Hi Tim,
We are definitely having our dinner this Wed., no rain in our forecast here in Austin. There is construction south of Waco before Jarrell, around Eddy. It is all much better than it was, but it can get backed up for miles. So consider that. It has been an ongoing process of widening IH 35 and replacing overpasses and bridges. You might consider taking some detours or taking 281.
Hope you can make it!
If you have any questions, well, just ask away!
