Alignment Settings
Since I always get a ton of questions about S2000 alignment settings, here is my recommended street/AutoX setup that several folks on the boards have already set their cars up with and seem to like it a lot. This setup should provide great turn-in without being too aggressive on tire wear:
First start on the front end... Max out the caster. You should get around +5.5 degrees if you max it out. It doesn't HAVE to be the same side-to-side, but you will probably want to set it pretty close. If it was a dedicated AutoX car, I would say just go for max caster on both sides and don't worry if they are equal... Since it's a street car, you will want it closer to equal side-to-side.
Next, work on the front camber. Set it around -1.5 and make sure it's equal on both sides.
Set the front toe to 0. This will provide quick turn-in without making the car follow every rut in the road too badly.
Next, set the rear camber to -2.0 degrees on each side. If you have an AP1 car, you may only get around -1.8 degrees when you equalize the two sides. Every car seems to be a little different in this aspect.
For the rear toe, set the rear toe to .05 toe-in on each side. This will give a total toe-in of .10
SPECIAL NOTE: IF you are not comfortable with a car that will rotate easily, set the rear toe to .10 or .12 toe-in PER SIDE (not .10 TOTAL toe-in)... This will help with rear stability. Those that AutoX will prefer the rear toe settings I gave in the paragraph before this one.

Front:

-2.0* camber
0.10* Left and 0.10* Right Toe In (0.20* total)
She's been running great. Turn in is a bit quicker now and she's pretty stable out on the highway. I'm not one to rotate my car out on the street so the 0.10 rear toe-in on each side works for me; I may lessen it to 0.05* on each side as I get better at autox'ing. The factory front toe-out chewed up my tires on the inside edges very quickly so I can't wait to see how much more life I get out of this setup.

i got exactly what ricky posted and i love it! i have the toe in the rear to .05 on each side. i like my S to be a little tail happy! it turns on a dime and its handles alot better i cant wait for the next autoX!

Update for me...
A little over 3 years since my last post in this thread. I'm definitely not stock anymore. =P After adding coilovers, lowering quite a bit, and adding lower offset camber joints, here are my current settings...
Front:
-2.6* camber
+6.0* caster
0 Toe
Rear
-2.4* camber (this is less than the front b/c anything above -2.4 to -2.6 it's hard to put power down in a straight line coming out of a corner)
0.05* Left and 0.05* Right Toe-In (0.10* total)
Tires have worn evenly on the setup from 3 years ago with tons of autocross and daily mileage. I got a specific daily driver 7 months ago and the S2000 is now my Friday/weekend/autox car.
