I was just sitting at the light at Nakoma & 281 going southbound when a Sebring Silver with his top up tooted his horn at me while going down the highway in the left land (southbound).... I waved back and gave a thumbs-up

I was just coming back from lunch with my boss in the car and had the top down

I saw, for the first time, a GPW w/ tan interior yesterday at the San Pedro/281 N. light (next to Container Store) after exiting 410W. I reversed to pull-up next to him and chatted for a little bit. Unfortunately, his top was up, so I didn't get a very good look at the white/tan combo. I'm glad that I was able to get red, though. Then, last night, I saw a Sebring at the 4-way stop when exiting Inwood onto Bitters. I flashed my lights, and he threw me a peace sign. It looked like he had some kind of blue lights coming from the grill area.

No, I didn't have enough time to tell him; cars started to pull-up behind me (wanting to turn right on red, which isn't allowed, but most do it). As I drove away, I thought about how I wished I could've mentioned D&B's.

Not supposed to at that light. I, cautiously (looking for cops, that is ), have been known to do it. Actually, I only recently noticed the "No Right Turn On Red" sign. Maybe it's new.
