Default [Aus] Leak down test

Does anyone know where I can get a leak down test done? I don't have the tools at my house and well.... kinda broke and my car is throwing a misfire code for cyl 1. I have changed the plugs, coil packs, and the retainers. I was going to do a valve adjustment but seeing how I'm kind of scared that the cyl is leaking and not the valves kinda scare me.... so does anyone have the tools and perhaps I can buy them lunch or dinner would like to help me out?

I might be able to borrow my dad's leakdown tester to help with that, but it's going to be at least 2.5 weeks before I'm going to have enough time to help out with something like that. I'm in the middle of getting everything done at home before I go to the SCCA Nationals the end of next week.

SCCA Solo II Nationals are in Lincoln, Nebraska this year.

Pretty much get on I-35 and go almost 1,000 miles north and you're there :-)

Where are you located? The North Texas badge and Garland signature make me think you're in DFW. I have the tools for a quick compression test but I'm in Pflugerville. Are you running OEM plugs or something like Bosch?

Oh sorry, I'm actually in south austin. I moved here and didn't change my location thing. I actually got Chris S to lend me a compression testing gauge. I "did" run bosch but for the 1 month that I had it, it nearly killed my car so yea I'm back on NGK's PFR7g-11s

Lol man I gotta say, I was more surprised about it than anything. I didn't expect so much grip and stability, was really awesome and makes me kinda want one now lol.

I've put that Miata to the test on some hard corners and found absolutely no drama. Have to give the suspension and those Dunlops some credit however. You wont get the same experience from a stock Miata. Along with the suspension tuning Chris has some very nice mods in his track toy.
