I like to have a good solid plan for road trips. I know it's early but I'd like to start now and get the little stuff out of the way, that way the day of or the day before we aren't scrambling to get things organized.

I believe at this time there are 8 of us from the "Music City" planning on the drive.


Also Check In at Fontana Village isn't until 4pm.

Looks like we will have a pretty nice caravan. As Rob mentioned he had extra radios, I have 2 extra...(well at this point in time 1 I gotta find the other one).....They can be annoying at times but it beats the hell out of trying to use a cell phone.

Meh, an hour is well worth the convienence of everyone driving out together. Once you get to Alcoa it's really nice to just follow someone instead of needing to navigate.

10 works for me guys. I wouldnt mind leaving a little earlier but im down for whatever. Lets just make sure everyone is on the same page and meets up and leaves as a group.
