Weight loss/maintenience Thread
I got this idea from some of the Vintage guys and thought it would be a good ideal. For those that have a select weight in mind and how much you have to lose to get there......post it up if you dare and I can place everyone's stats into a spreadsheet so we can track progress.
I guess I can volunteer first.......im at 230 now (knee surgery sucks) and my goal is to lose 30 lbs by mid-June. Will put me at my lowest weight in almost 8 years.........
Anyone else?

For the past 4 months, I have hit the gym religiously doing mainly various lifting exercises to help tone up my mid/upper body. Its been going well and have lost 8 lbs thus far. This spring/summer Im really going try and bust my balls doing cardio work and try to get down to 215 lbs from 235 currently. Hope all goes well for you Kyle!

I was the same way. Thank God I finally gained weight. I was stuck at 135ish for ever when I was in middle school. Finally made it to 150 when I graduated high school. By the end of college I still was at 150. When I started working I slowly crept up to 170 which is my idea wieght. I was really happy about that. Stayed that way for few years. Sometime early last year I started gaining more. I got up to almost 200 which was crazy for me since I used to not be able to gain a lb. I finally decided that was to much so I started watch the cookies and totally cut out soft drinks. In just 2-3 months I was back 165-170. I still don't do the soft drink thing unless I'm at a restaurant or something. I think I also cut back from 2% milk to 1%. I drink a gallon a milk a day for the most part (sometimes more ) . I try hard not to but its just one of those things I can't live without. It's a stupid expensive too if you think about yearly cost. I'm going to try to stick with the weight I'm at.
