These are in perfect condition. They are powder coated which won't peel like paint. I'm looking to trade for any style stock AP2 wheels. It would be an even trade given the condition of your rims and tires are equivalent to mine. Your tires must have decent tread on them because I am trying to sell the car. If you want to cover the cost of swapping tires, that is fine also.

Hey Wynn, Isn't there an issue with baking the powder coat annealing the AP2 V1 rims? I'm sure I saw a post on the main forum with pics of them cracked - watch for edit soon. It's generally not an issue unless you drive your S hard, but if you have a S and don't, you've got bigger problems...

 

It is only a problem if the wheels are heated at too high of a temperature - above 400 deg if I recall correctly. If you get it done by someone who is familiar with the process of powder coating wheels correctly, it isn't a problem. These were done right. The company that did them does many wheels in all types of metals such as aluminum and steel. They also do many industrial products as well.

 

any chance you can sell them and buy something else to put on there lol.

 

^how much are we talking about? I really just need a trade because selling would just mean more down time. I might just list the car up with the wheels. I just think it would be easier to sell completely stock.
