Too bad there is only one mode of it. They should have programmed a track mode in there. In the M, I switch to Track mode when I want to play and still use the system. Otherwise I find it almost dangerous sometimes when traction control is on because of the throttle cut it causes. If you are trying to take off from a light or make a turn that needs to be urgent, you can feel like a sitting duck till traction comes back and it pushed you away. But with track mode on it really lets you push the car before it starts assisting in any way. Traction control can be invasive esp in a ETC car.
