Hey Tennessee region! I've got a 2002 AP1 that is believed to need some head work soon. Valves, guides, seats, retainers, etc. Before buying my car I never got to experience what an AP1 with a meticulously maintained engine should feel/sound like. I feel by experiencing some AP1s that are in great condition might offer me a good reference point for how baldy mine needs work. Right now I'm kind of shooting in the dark, not sure what advice I should listen to and what I shouldn't listen to.

Any clean, stock, AP1 owners in the East TN area with very strong engines that would allow me the chance to experience your cars? It would help me out greatly. Thanks all!

 

I know it's way late on this, but I'm in Knoxville if you're still looking to check out another car. Where in East TN are you? I've got a '01 with 137k that seems healthy enough. It'd be interesting to line them up and see how they compare.
