You might want to post here as well. It is more dead there than here, but maybe someone closer to the Dragon would know.

 

You may want to PM "rooster" I know a few runs ago he had a run-in with the cops and found a lawyer in that area that took care of everything for him. He may recall who it was and be able to get you their information.
