geez...
Apple = FAIL
new 3GS phone does not work with the installed SIM card it shipped with, had to use the one from my OG iphone (I might let AT&T take most of the blame for that)
Tried to update wife's 3G phone to new 3.0 firmware...iTunes only makes it part of the way through install and fails. Now her phone won't restore (neither automatically or manually) and Apple's servers are slammed.
Googled both issues and there are tons of people with these same problems....
