A big FFFFFF UUUUUU Microsoft.
So I was under the impression when I bought it last January they came with a 2 year warranty. I spend the next hour trying to reset my "windows Live ID" That never sends a e-mail to reset the password.
Call them back and I'm told it's a 1 year warranty and it's gonna be 120$ plus taxes.

It's only 1 segment lighting up, with error E73. If it was a E74 they would fix the Mf'er
I've spent the last 3 hours trying to get the email to reset the FBS windows live ID. They charge you more to fix it when you actually talk to a person versus through xbox support.
