tell me about it - there is a house 1 block away that I want, it is a little bigger and has a huge detached garage and a bigger yard - to show how bad the market is - they only want 270 for it - it was for sale the same time we bought the one we're in now a little over 2 years ago for around 345...

over the course of the year when we were trying to get our house ready to sell, we saw a lot of houses go down 100K


and there are TONS new construction foreclosures in various states of completion
